Brenda Denman Brenda joined the Shawn Lepp Team in January 2007. Her 15+ years of real estate experience has helped her become an important part of the team. Brenda also has several years experience in marketing and graphic design which has assisted us in marketing our client's homes.

Marion Penny - Sales Representative- Buyer Specialist

Marion Penny Marion was born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She moved here with her family several years ago. She was a project manager in the construction industry for ten years. After this she was presented a job with a major Insurance Company, so she decided to go back to school to obtain her Property and Casualty Insurance License. After several years of success in the Insurance Business, Marion discovered her love of homes and the Real Estate Market. It was not long after this realization that she decided to obtain her Real Estate License and make a new career move. Marion takes pride in finding even the pickiest buyer, the perfect home. She loves to guide those first time home owners to their perfect home. In her spare time, Marion enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Marion loves being a member of The Shawn Lepp Team, and looks forward to finding you you're perfect home.

Lee Vermaak - Sales Representative- Buyer Specialist

Lee Vermaak Lee joined the Shawn Lepp Team as a Buyer`s Specialist in 2007 and has a been a continuing success ever since. She is originally from South Africa, where she was a partner in a construction and real estate company, but moved to Canada with her daughter in 1997. After immigrating to Canada, Lee accepted a position as a real estate assistant and office manager, where her love of finding people their dream home blossomed and eventually led her to getting her real estate license. Prior to joining the Shawn Lepp Team, Lee worked as a buyer specialist on a team at Keller Williams. Lee is now a valued member of the Shawn Lepp Team where she is able to continue helping people find their dream home.

Krista Lefort-Craig - Sales Representative- Buyer Specialist

Krista Lefort-Craig After studying Marketing at Durham College and Business Administration at Trent University, Krista spent several years working in the non-profit sector, coordinating capital campaigns for the Durham Regional Cancer Centre and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
Born and raised in Port Perry, her parents, Kathy and Richard, taught Krista the value of hard work, honesty, and integrity. From a young age, watching her parents build two homes and purchase several others, Krista gained a love and appreciation for homes and real estate. In 2004, Krista began the process of becoming a Licenced Real Estate Salesperson, and has been a registered Realtor since 2005. In under two years, Krista became a Top 10 producer at a Brokerage of over 120 Realtors.
In 2007, Krista opened her own local business, Set The Table Homestyle Foods, however the business was sold in 2008 and Krista briefly returned to non-profit to coordinate the establishment of a new community hospital foundation at Ontario Shores Centre in Whitby.
Upon leaving Ontario Shores, Krista, once again, set her mind to a full time real estate career. Krista welcomes clients old and new to contact her about their buying and selling needs, or about any questions they may have about real estate in the Durham area.
